To root your LG Optimus L7 II Dual P715 click on this link to Download the Maxthon-Root-Tool.apk

Connect your LG Optimus L7 II Dual P715 via an USB Cable to your Computer.

Be ready to start the Root operation.

Now copy the Maxthon-Root-Tool.apk [the file you downloaded] over to the root of your SD card.

After the copying is done, disconnect your device from your computer.

Go to Menu>Settings>Security and enable Unknown Sources option from your device.
